I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the old city with easy access to the main attractions. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and helpful staff. The room amenities were excellent, with heating, air conditioning, and a turndown service. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my trip. I was impressed with the comfort and quality services offered here.

Great location in the city center and close to many attractions. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The hotel also provided 24-hour food options, which was convenient.
The staff were extremely unhelpful and rude, especially the front desk staff. They did not provide any assistance and made no effort to make us feel welcome.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the Drum Tower and the bustling Muslim quarter. The neighborhood, although not touristy, was interesting and safe, with a lot of local restaurants and bars.

The hotel's location in the center of the old city is perfect for exploring the vibrant neighborhood. With the city wall just a stone's throw away, you can easily take a scenic walk and immerse yourself in the ancient atmosphere. there is an open area in the hotel with comfortable chairs and beautiful ferns, providing a tranquil spot to relax and unwind.
Some previous reviews mentioned that the breakfast had a limited selection, which can be disappointing for those expecting a wide variety of options.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. the breakfast selection was good, with a variety of dishes available. the hotel was located conveniently, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.
The overall condition of the hotel was dismal, with outdated decor and lackluster amenities. the gym was small and poorly equipped, and the pool was murky.
